Job Description
Summary
The Coordinator, Program Management, will provide administrative support for educational programs administered through the Psychology Division on location at Texas Children’s Hospital in the Medical Center.
Educational Programs Include:
Psychology Doctoral Internship
Pediatric/Clinical Child Fellowship
Neuropsychology Fellowship
Doctoral Practicum/Externship
Continuing Education
Job Duties
- Assists training directors with all necessary activities in order to remain in good accreditation status.
- Maintains weekly/monthly data collection used to evaluate trainee competency as well as manage Microsoft Forms data used to track educational and training activities.
- Supports training programs as needed, including maintaining educational calendars, scheduling training-related meetings, and securing meeting space for training-related activities.
- Assists with the recruitment of matched trainees.
- Assists with onboarding incoming trainees; this may include setting up phones and computers, IS access requests, desk arrangements, and supply setup.
- Assists Sr. Coordinators with preparation and operations during interview season.
- Assists with data tracking for didactics, trainee competencies, and confidential feedback data between provider and trainee.
- Assists administrative efforts for Psychology Practicum (externs) program, including partnership with the Practicum training coordinator.
- Assists administrative efforts for Psychology’s CE program, including partnership with CE Program Leader.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Forms, Excel is preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple programs at once during the busiest times during the year, which usually overlap.
- Some knowledge of Higher education.
