Technical Lead - CPQ Platform
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our Enterprise Applications organization and take ownership of Drakkart, a mission-critical CPQ platform supporting global GTM operations across HP Industrial Print businesses.
Drakkart is used by approximately 770 users worldwide, including Sales Representatives and key supporting functions such as Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Supplies, and Credit & Collections. The platform enables end-to-end commercial processes including product configuration, pricing, quotation management, approval workflows, and contract generation, making it a central pillar of global operations.
In this role, you will lead the evolution and stability of a business-critical platform while working at the intersection of technology and business. You will collaborate with global teams, drive complex enterprise processes and integrations, and play a key role in a strategic Lead-to-Cash transformation. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence operational excellence, shape platform capabilities, and operate in a fast-paced, high-impact global environment.
What You’ll Do
Own the day-to-day operational and technical management of the Drakkart CPQ platform
Coordinate quarterly releases, hotfixes, and production readiness activities
Lead incident management and support resolution for business-critical production issues
Work closely with external development vendors and internal business stakeholders
Coordinate and improve end-to-end operational processes
Drive improvements in release governance, testing automation, and operational stability
Support integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, QAD, SAP S/4, ServiceNow, and Docmosis
Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations teams to support commercial business processes
Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, and enterprise governance standards
Contribute to future Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing enterprise business-critical applications
Strong understanding of CPQ / Quote-to-Cash business processes
Experience working with enterprise integrations across CRM, ERP, pricing, quoting, and contract management systems
Experience working with external vendors and global cross-functional teams
Strong troubleshooting, operational support, and incident management skills
Ability to manage complex operational environments with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with SOX / ITGC processes and enterprise governance
Preferred Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, QAD, SAP, ServiceNow, Docmosis, or CPQ platforms
Experience improving testing automation and release processes
Background in commercial systems, sales enablement, or enterprise business applications
The position is defined for a two-year period with an option for extension.
