As the Director of Operations, you willbe responsible forleading the production, maintenance and blending teams in our Mainstreet Manufacturing site to world class manufacturing performance levels in support of our North American Operating Unit Supply Chain’s long-term strategy. Additionally, the role can also serve as a developmental platform for career progression.
Position Related Functions and Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for production operations across multiple businesses (Thermal & Juice) as well asoverseeandcollaboratewith functionalCoE’s(Center of Excellence) supporting the manufacturing operations.
- Successfullyleverageinsights, business knowledge,technicaland financialexpertiseto develop a long-range manufacturing network strategy and capacity plan which fosters continuous improvement, supports strategic category growth, and drives a sustained competitive advantage.
- Ensure strategies areunderstoodandobjectivesare clearly set throughout the supply chain operations.
- Assistsin managing manufacturing and Supply Chain infrastructure to meet present and future demands of the marketplace.
- Adequatelymaintainappropriate humanand financial resources to meet business demands;work withCoE’s (Center of Excellence)to implement capitalplanfor buildings,equipmentand other assets to support business needs.
- Ensuresite’sfinancial sustainabilityand competitiveness.Keenknowledge of manufacturing finance including manufacturing absorptions,variableoverheadsflexing, usage and inventory adjustmentvariancescontrol isrequired.
- Provide recommendations on organizational readiness with emphasis on key leadership positions.
- Oversee procedures and processes; ensure the quality of products and packages through the entire regional supply chain.VerifyTCCMS,HACCPand GMP programs are in place and effective.
- ImplementWorld Class Manufacturing System toolsand routinesbased on leading indicators to predictandanticipateoperationalheadwinds,ensurefluidoperational consistencyand drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesacross the operation.
- Furnishrecommendations on organizational readiness in each operation, with emphasis on key leadership positions.
- Supply direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve workobjectivesand improve performance and skills.
- Support the General Manager while meeting competitive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) asrequired.
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, LifeScience, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- MBADegree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years related work experience.
- Strong Financial Acumen (Manufacturing Finance)
Additional Preferred Skills
- World Class Manufacturing,Lean, Six Sigmaworking experiencehighly desirable.
- Food and/or beverage experience.
- Relevant SAP application experience.
- PET bottle blow molding, ammonia refrigeration operations and maintenance, PSM experience desirable.
- Water/Wastewater Treatment for juice/beverage/food manufacturing experience.
- ISO or other management system experience.

Pay Range:
United States of America: $181,000 - $210,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
50Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
20Long-term Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
