Loyola Medicine is seeking a dynamic and strategic Provider Recruiter to join our Provider Services team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, with a strong emphasis on enhancing diversity across our medical staff.

This role is 100% on site and requires daily, in-person attendance at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Administrative DirectorofProvider Services,this rolesupports and fulfills recruitment and sourcing strategies surrounding physician and advanced practice provider (APP) recruitment.  This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to physician and administrative leadership, providingexpertisein recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, and hiring best practices forphysiciansand APPs. 

  • Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Generateand support provider sourcing strategies byutilizingin-house resources as well as innovative sourcing techniques and provider recruitment methods to attract highly qualifiedcandidates.
  • Lead all aspects of candidatesourcing,including digital advertising, career fairs, residency events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the provider application and tracking process, including applicant tracking system (Practice Match experience preferred).
  • Screen and engage candidates, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviewlogisticsand site visits.
  • Present qualified candidates to leadership andfacilitatethe hiring processthrough tosuccessful onboarding.
  • Stay currenton trendsin provider recruitment, retention, and compensation.
  • Represent Loyola Medicine at national and local medical conferences and networking events(to travel as needed).
  • Proven experience in provider recruitment, preferably within a healthcare system.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

What you’ll need for this job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years ofpreviousjob-related experience
  • Must have physician or HR recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of provider recruitment strategies, practices, and procedures
  • Must be able to work on site100% of the time
  • Must be able to meet candidates at various Loyola locations

Compensation:Pay Range:Starting Pay Range $71,240.00

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
