The Intel Finance Data, AI, and Reporting organization is a team of financial analysts and business intelligence experts who partner closely with Intel IT to create and maintain the Finance Analytics Environment (FAE). The FAE is a series of tabular data models and Power BI reports built on Intel's financial systems of record. The FAE allows Intel Finance and other business partners to securely and easily access critical financial data for reporting and analytics. As a Senior Finance Data Modeler, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Developing scalable data models to help Intel finance reduce time spent manually gathering key business metrics
• Translating business requirements into technical requirements that can be communicated to our partners in IT
• Building experimental AI capabilities into scalable and production ready platforms for internal customers and stakeholders
• Partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to bring analytics-focused products to production at scale
• Communicating the business impact of your work to Senior and Executive leadership

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance and/or Economics, or related field with 5+years of relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Data modeling for financial analytics solutions.
- 2 or more years of experience with one of the following:
- Microsoft Power BI,
- Power Query M, DAX, SQL.
- 2+ years of experiencewithtechnical experience in Finance and operations systems
- 2+ years of experiencewith Power BI Datasets, Azure Analysis Services, or SQL Server Analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with: The Definitive Guide to DAX; PnL, OpEx, Revenue, and Cost reporting; All levels of Master Data
- Experience using finance systems for forecast and close
- Experience with source control platforms such as GitHub or TFS
- Proficiency in Python and R
- Familiarity with Corporate Financial systems and processes, including Close processes, ERP systems, and best reporting and data modeling practices
- Experience partnering with IT (SAs, Scrum Masters, Developers)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,010.00-228,070.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
