Job Description

Role Purpose

The Country Brand Lead (CBL) is a strategic role responsible for driving the growth and market presence of Pfizer’s Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) and Rare Disease (RD) portfolio in Singapore.

The CBL will navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, leveraging Omnichannel engagement and Pfizer’s Modern Marketing strategies to deliver strong business performance. This role co-orchestrates strategies and tactical plans to support the introduction and adoption of innovative therapies, ensuring alignment with healthcare policies, regulatory requirements, and the market access landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned brands, including launch planning, setting local vision and brand direction, and execution excellence.

  • Strengthen the presence of Pfizer treatments among HCPs and the broader healthcare community through impactful engagement strategies.

  • Drive brand growth to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution of brand initiatives.

  • Defend and grow market share while ensuring effective transition to new product launches.

  • Maintain updated identification, mapping, and segmentation of key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Lead external engagement strategies, including relationship management and development of partnerships with key stakeholders such as policymakers, payers, and academia.

  • Lead and support market shaping initiatives to enhance disease awareness and improve adoption of innovative therapies.

  • Collaborate closely with Market Access and Policy teams to support pricing, reimbursement, and funding strategies in line with local healthcare frameworks.

  • Coordinate cross-functional needs across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Compliance, and Sales teams to deliver aligned and impactful execution.

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with policies, local regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of proven pharmaceutical brand management experience.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare system, stakeholder landscape, and market dynamics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or Business Management (advanced degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in product launches and lifecycle management.

  • Experience in Inflammation & Immunology, Rare Disease, biologics, or specialty care is preferred.

  • Experience working in-market and above-market, with ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
