This role emphasizes automation and data-driven solutions, including automating processes, working with SQL, and leveraging analytics. It also focuses on emerging technologies such as AI-driven intelligence to help our teams stay connected, informed, and equipped with innovative tools and technologies that are transforming patient care.

A caregiver in this position works remotely Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.with on-call requirements.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Complete routine support and designated project assignments.
  • Provide input to develop solutions.
  • Assistwith project documentation,operational and businessobjectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, taskplansand general communications.
  • Develop process flow charts and report on project status.
  • Support the development of information system requirements.
  • Build a federated Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) team to drive automation initiatives
  • Lead RPA initiatives to automate daily operational tasks, reducing processing time by 40%
  • Manage and maintain Supply Chain virtual machines, leveraging service accounts for seamless operation
  • Design scalable VBA solutions to automate backorder reporting, establishing a foundation for future enhancements
  • Develop advanced workflows using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop to optimize processes

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate’s degree in information technology, computerscienceora relatedfield.
  • Three years of IT experience in applications development and support, end-user training or an operational or financial roleutilizingthe systems or datageneratedby the systems supported by this position
  • OR a high school diploma/GED and five years of experience
  • OR abachelor’s degree and one year of experience
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle, UiPath, Access, GHX, and iValua, Python, VBA, SQL, and PowerShell

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Microsoft,CompTIAor equivalent certification
  • ERP and Epic experience
  • Automation and AI technology experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
