The Department of Applied Business Studies at Ball State University welcomes applications for a full-time contract faculty position beginning August 17, 2026.Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
What you'll do and what you will bring:
Position Function:
Primary responsibilities include teaching 9 semester hours each fall and spring semester, focusing on property management undergraduate courses that may be delivered on campus or online, and serving as Weidner Center Director, with responsibilities for student recruitment and program promotion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in real estate management, property management, economics, finance, or a closely related field.
- Five years of full-time professional experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate property management or similar responsibilities.
