We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead our enterprise social media team. This role develops, implements and manages digital marketing strategies, programs and a team of full-time employees, potentially including Internet site management, Search Engine Marketing, Mobile, Email and social media, to help Cleveland Clinic achieve its business, marketing, digital marketing and patient care goals.

A caregiver in this position works remote, 8:00AM—5:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Directly manage a team of full-time employees ensuring high performance and professional growth.

  • Manage contractors and vendor/agency relationships.

  • Manage digital marketing programs with budgets of $200,000 or more.

  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reporting of activities and results.

  • Partner with clients throughout Cleveland Clinic to identify and develop Digital solutions to problems.

  • Maintain expert knowledge on the latest Digital Marketing trends, products and services.

  • Create and gives executive-level presentations.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field

  • In-depth knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing

  • 7 years of related Digital Marketing experience

  • An additional 4 years (11 total) of progressively responsible relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $44.53

Maximum hourly: $67.92

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
