Performance Engineer – Performance Testing & Database Tuning

We are seeking passionate Performance Engineers with strong technical and communication skills to optimize software performance across various business segments. This role involves working with development teams, analyzing cutting-edge software, and identifying performance tuning opportunities. You'll conduct performance tests on emerging cloud technologies like AWS,GCP & Azure, leveraging automation and in-depth system analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and execute performance and scalability benchmarks.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using profiling tools.

• Optimize database queries and JVM performance for enhanced efficiency.

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend tuning strategies.

• Collaborate on architecture reviews to ensure system scalability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of performance testing experience.

• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C++).

• Expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, SoapUI.

• Hands-on experience in SQL query optimization & database tuning.

• Proficiency in JVM tuning and performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

• Experience in SAP Performance Testing

Salary Range: $93,700-$150,000 a year
