Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.

Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.

Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues

Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience of Business Analysis, E2E Business Process Flow design, AGILE Development Methodology, Conduct Workshops during different phases of projects, Presentations, Mentoring, User Training, Cross-Functional Facilitation, Global Project template design and implementation

Experience in Project Management activities: Scope Management, Time Management, Risk Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management.

Requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing (unit and SIT), and managing pre and post go-live activities, ensuring smooth system transitions and optimized business operations

Meticulously plan cutover and data migration

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.

Excellent communication and relational skills required.

Must have a focus on customer satisfaction.

Plan, design and moderate Fit to Standard workshops.

Plan, distribute and monitor work packages to the team members

Manage team members

Coordinate with stakeholders including client IT team, client business team and internal TCS stakeholders

Must be a strong team player.







Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 a Year
