Appian Technical Lead
Roles & Responsibilities-
Associate needs to perform L1, L2 and L3 support for Appian application.
Associates should understand the Appian platform, process modeling, workflow design, and integrating with other
systems, while also collaborating with business users, development, and product team.
Associate must perform the following:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Service Request Management
• Root cause and Trend Analysis
• Identifying repeat issues
• Prod/COB Management
• Knowledge Management
• Enterprise Resiliency
• Enhancements, configurations change, defect remediation in Appian, Coordination for Appian, Unix, DB patches and release management
Technology: Appian, SQL, Unix, Aspose, Knime, Python, AppDynamics, Service Now
Salary Range- $130,000-$145,000 a year
