Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
● Benchmarks for chatbots and agents
● Mastery of SQL and proficient command of Python
Roles & Responsibilities
● Create benchmarks for chatbots and agents
● Evaluate technical solutions on the benchmarks
● Compare various technical solutions
● Automate repetitive tasks
● Liaise with engineering team to develop and experiment with solutions for clusters of problems
● 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Data Scientist or related area
● Mastery of SQL and proficient command of Python
● Proficient in English verbal and written communication
● Experience with using Rest APIs
● Experience with cloud services
● Experience evaluating Machine Learning models
Education: Bachelors Degree
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 a year
