Job Description

• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting laptop, desktop
• Customer Service

Roles & Responsibilities
• Face to face technical support for laptop desktop
• Deployment of Desktop/Laptop/phones
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users, answering questions and resolving problems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems and software.
• Maintain detailed records of service visits, issues resolved, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members, including Service Desk, Network teams, and third-party vendors.
• Provide support for Audio/Visual equipment in meeting rooms
Salary Range: $50,000 -$65,000 a Year
