- Lead the design and architecture of HRSD ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of HRSD Modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, COE Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- 10 to 12 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITSM (HRSD Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations,
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
- Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HRSD, ITIL
Salary Range: $100,980-$137,610 a year
