Job Description
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Requirement gathering, resolving ambiguity and map then to ADO work items by writing the stories and acceptance criteria
Hands-on experience managing work in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards).
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practices.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to analyze data (velocity, throughput) and drive actionable improvements.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I or higher) is highly preferred.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum
