Job Description
The Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization is looking for a skilled attorney with a passion for technology to join the Cloud + AI legal team and serve as a trusted advisor for the Azure engineering group.
As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will take on a broad and varied portfolio of legal work critical to supporting some of Microsoft’s most strategic products and services, including AI supercomputing infrastructure.
The broad and varied portfolio of legal work includes all aspects of developing and operating hyperscale cloud services, including negotiating complex technology collaboration agreements with Microsoft’s most strategic partners and compliance with product engineering.
