We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager, Datacenter Operations to support one of our fastest-growing datacenter campuses in Phoenix, Arizona. The Phoenix metro area campus is supporting a workforce of more than 500-employees and is growing rapidly, keeping Microsoft operations running 24/7, 365 days a year.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact! You’ll apply a broad range of HR skills to support a diverse, unique and highly skilled workforce of datacenter technicians and managers. You’ll collaborate across the Microsoft HR ecosystem, solve problems proactively, and help scale our operations in a ever changing environment.
